Quality output from any machine depends on the machine’s repeat performance. To ensure repeatability, machine maintenance is crucial. In order to help our customers achieve the best output from their investment, we have introduced the concept of Annual Maintenance Agreements for machines and controllers. Some immediate benefits include:  Minimizing maintenance & operation cost with minimum downtime by periodic maintenance Concessional rate for spares which are required to be ordered and kept in stock Concessional service charges vs. a onetime call Attention by skilled & trained technicians who will attend to your machine All scheduled work warranted for 90 days unless specified otherwise
EXAMPLE of machine checks included: Lubrication, flush-out & cleanout of lubrication system followed with fresh oil refill Inspection of lubrication delivery system, oil lines, oil holders, and grooves Drainage of oil from enclosed gear box & refill with fresh oil to specified requirements Left-to-right and front-to-back level of machine, with necessary corrections Clearance in the gib guides if excessive; adjustment when possible Inspection of belts for wear, alignment, and proper fit and tension Inspection of brake liner condition and replacement if required Tripping linkage / EPT system check Clutch assembly for liner wear and replacement if necessary Electrical contacts and connections, repaired where necessary Additional tooling for condition plus necessary recommendations Recommendation of accessories / upgrading to boost productivity
